Sorry for all you who visit regularly, I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with school and having too much fun with Abby and attending weddings… I’m sure you understand!

I’ll do a quick “catch you up” and hopefully be back in the saddle these next few days (:

Emy’s Natural History Museum

We are just at the point of learning how to archive so we can make room for the up and coming additions to our inventory. Sounds very official, doesn’t it? She is so serious about this she is selling tickets and taking donations and trying to figure out how to get visitors to come and check it out (:

Next… a very brief comment (wish I had some more pictures…) on one of the “dreamiest” weddings we have been to in a long while… Dave and Sandy are friends of Mike’s. He works with Sandy and we were invited to attend their wedding. What a wonderful day of peaceful happiness… in a beautiful setting with lots of wonderful and nice friends and family… I’ll cherish this cookie cutter for many years and can’t wait to use it !!! (:

Congratulations Sandy and Dave!!!

Next is…well…. I have this small soap bottle just the right size to sit on my window sill… I’ve had it for many years now. I bought it because it was a small bottle and had the word JOY, with this happy sunny guy, on it. But the little sunny guy has developed a frowning crack where his smile used to be and I can’t clean it off , so I decided that maybe it was time to retire it… but it is hard to give it up!

I know, it is maybe a little weird to be attached to a soap bottle, but every time I used it I was constantly confronted with the possibility of “JOY”! How perfect is that? and a bit hard to give up, don’t you think? So, I am on the hunt for a new sunny guy… not sure if they even make “Joy” dish washing liquid anymore? I usually buy the environmentally friendly kind of dish soap now a days, but if I find a new sunny guy on a small bottle of “Joy” I think I will bend a bit and invest in another long season of seeing Joy on my window sill…

Hope your day is Joy-full…
